It’s not just women who can enjoy a spa day it’s a great way to unwind if you’re a man, even though going to a spa is always thought to be a female activity there are many things a man can enjoy at a day spa London too, that doesn’t mean getting your nails done or a bikini wax but enjoying a relaxing massage or a reflexology treatment.

Men suffer from stress just as much as women and a great way of relieving stress and tension is to have a massage, there are different types of massage available like a Swedish massage, Thai massage, herbal heat compress and aromatherapy. As well as enjoying a massage you can also enjoy other benefits a day spa London has to offer, such as steam rooms where you can cleanse your skin or have a facial to rejuvenate your skin, a great way to look and feel better.

Polo shirts

Apopular style since before 1933 when Lacoste first started mass marketing his tennis shirts, polo shirts were a popular thick sleeve cotton shirt worn by polo players, then in 1920, Lewis Lacey, an Argentine Irish haberdasher and polo player, began producing a shirt that was embroidered with the logo of a polo player, a design originated at the Hurlingham Polo Club near Buenos Aires.

From then on the style was popular with polo players and tennis players and the sports fans and then in 1972 Ralph Lauren included his “polo shirt” as a prominent part of his original line called Polo, thereby helping to further its already widespread popularity.

Today polo shirts are hugely popular in women’s and men’s clothing as well as useful uniform when the t-shirt looks too casual. Now you can get polo shirts in a wide range of colours, some with patterns and pictures on and some with brand writing.

There’s nothing worse than going out and seeing someone else wearing the same t-shirt as you, this can easily happen and is more noticeable with more branded styles. There is a way round this problem, use t shirt printing to create your own individual designs. By designing your own t-shirts you won’t run the risk of someone else having the same top on as you, also you can make something that fits your own personal style.

Other benefits of creating your own t-shirts is you can choose the style, colour and fit and tailoring it to your own specific needs, there is no end to what you can create. Companies like www.splashlogo.co.uk have a huge selection of clothing and accessories that can be printed upon either by digital transfer, embroidery, subli flock or DTG printing, so you can personalise your whole outfit if you wish.
