Formal wear and smart clothing style
Sometimes it can be hard to decide what look to go for when going to a smart or formal occasion, sometimes you have to wear a suit and other times it up to you but it just has to be smart. For smart men’s clothing style you do have more than you think to choose from and a great option of mixing and matching your clothing.
For most men a suit is a must have for your wardrobe, however for those who don’t wear a suit day in day out making sure your suit fits and looks smart is top priority. Many men don’t think about their suit until last minute and then realise it doesn’t actually fit that well since the last time they had it on, either they have filled out more than they thought or equally lost some weight, leaving them an with ill fitting suit. A properly tailored suit is the best way to go, they always look smart and tidy and although it can cost more to have it professionally tailored its worth it looks wise in the end. You should also make sure that if you have an occasion coming up where you are required to wear a suit in advance make sure the fit is still the same, if not you will have time to get it altered or if needs be buy or rent a new one.
It can also be quite hard to know what to wear for something where a suit isn’t a requirement, but you still need to look smart. A smart pair of trousers can be a good investment with a tidy shirt, in a colour that you would perhaps not normally go for if you were to wear a full suit and equally a pair of smart jeans, in darker denim can also look very smart especially worn with a shirt and shoes.
As with any outfit you wear you need to also make sure that your clothing looks tidy and clean with no old stains or lots of creases and that also it’s not too old, worn and faded.
